Ideal candidate is a Board Eligible/Board Certified IM or FM physician with a strong focus on clinical excellence, teamwork and patient satisfaction. Physician will join a strong and growing team at ourFranciscan Health Mooresville location.
Franciscan Health Mooresville is a top ten joint replacement hospital in the nation and part of the 12 hospital Franciscan system. Candidate will join a close-knit medical staff with stable a nursing team.
WHAT WE NEED:
Ideal candidate will have a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Physician will need to work collaboratively with patients and their surgeons to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of care reducing the risk of surgical complications.

Just 10 miles southwest of our state capital, Mooresville is positioned next to a major distribution center and international air hub. The Town of Mooresville park system consists of five parks offering picnicking, playgrounds, basketball and volleyball courts, soccer fields, walking/jogging trails, baseball diamonds, and a small amphitheater for summer concerts.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
- 3 weeks: Inpatient acute care-general medical and post-operative management, including open ICU
- 1 week: Pre-operative evaluation clinic
- 1 week: OFF
- 1 weekend of coverage every 5 weeks and shared weekday on-call coverage (to back-up nocturnist NP)
- Holidays rotate 1 in 5
