The Mount Sinai Health System is currently seeking a full-time or part-time Breast Imager to join Mount Sinai Doctors Long Island in Huntington!

Mount Sinai Doctors Long Island offers comprehensive care at its brand new state of the art facility at 5 Cuba Hill in Huntington. The group is comprised of 77 physicians, covering most specialties, including Primary Care, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Urology, Podiatry, Oncology, Pulmonology, Allergy and Pain Management. Additionally, the site has a comprehensive support team, including experienced Mammography, MRI, PETCT, Utrasound Technologists and Interventional nurses. There is also a full state of the art imaging center and laboratory.

Long Island is full of beautiful communities with excellent school districts, art museums, restaurants, and concert venues. Additionally, Manhattan is only a short drive or train ride away.

Position Description:

  • Versed in all aspects of Breast Imaging and interventional procedures
  • Serve a diverse population and live in a highly desirable neighborhood with excellent school districts and numerous cultural activities
  • EMR system: EPIC
  • Competitive salary and benefits offered including bonuses, paid time off, medical, dental, vision, sign on bonus, relocation assistance, malpractice coverage (FOJP Occurrence), and CME stipends
  • Support staff: Midwife, NP, LPN, and MA's

Position Qualifications:

  • Medical Degree from an Accredited University
  • New York Medical License
  • Board Certified in Radiology
  • Fellowship training in Breast Imaging or equivalent experience
  • Committed to Mount Sinai and the communities we serve
  • Excellent communication, bedside manner, and organizational skills
  • A strong work ethic and desire to participate in a team-oriented, performance-driven Health System
