Emergency Medicine Physician

Envision Physician Services is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to staff the Emergency Department at Franciscan Health Crawfordsville in Crawfordsville, IN.

Physician Requirements: Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Residency Trained or Board Certified/Board Eligible Internal Medicine/Family Medicine with Emergency Medicine experience

The 103-bed hospital offers variety of inpatient and outpatient services, 24/7 emergency care, the Marie Canine Cancer Center and partnerships with Franciscan Physician Network providers throughout Montgomery County.

• 18,000 annual patient volume
• 12 ED beds including 3 trauma bays
• 12 hour physician shifts
• 9 hour APP shifts
• 24 hour physician coverage daily
• 9 hour APP coverage daily
