Canyon Vista is seeking a BC Fellowship-trained OB/GYN physician for coverage starting on September 2 - December 31, 2019.

Additional Details:

• Will you accept Multiple providers - Would prefer one provider. Locum to Perm if possible

• Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital - 8am - 4pm

• Schedule Days Clinic /Hospital - M-F

• Number of patients seen per day in clinic - 20-30

• Call Night /Weekend - Yes 1:3

• What is the Number of phone Consults - Not many

• What are the days for Call - 7 days per week will rotate

• What Time does the Call start - 7am

• What Time does Call end - 7am

• Call Rate: $1,500/day

• Call Back Rate: $270/hr

• What support staff is available - MA, CNP, Midwives

• Age of patients - All ages

• Inpatient /Outpatient - Both

• Type of Charting /EMR - Cerner in hospital. Athena in clinic

• Is Fellowship required - Yes

• Reason For Need - Adding capacity to clinic after providers left area

• How Long Does Credentialing Take - 2 weeks with clean databank

• Are Temp Privileges Granted - Yes for clean applicants (no malpractice)

• Travel and Lodging (is there a Corp Rate somewhere?) - Fairfield Inn

• Schedule you need filled - M-F Clinic call nights and weekends

• Rounding - Yes

• Average Number of Admissions per shift - Varies on births
