Envision Physician Services is currently seeking a Board Certified Radiologist who is proficient across general radiology and who is MQSA Certified. The physician would be supporting Northwest Hospital and Sinai Hospital and would be the primary breast imager for the practice doing about 40% breast imaging and 60% general radiology. The provider will be joining a team of fulltime radiologists at the two locations including IR and DR.
The Herman and Walter Samuelson Breast Care Center at Northwest has been named a Center of Excellence. The radiologist should have experience in Digital Mammography, Breast Tomosynthesis/3D Mammography, Breast Ultrasound and Breast MRI, stereotactic and US guided breast procedures. Breast imaging will be approximately 40% of the total volume of cases performed. In addition, the physician would support general diagnostic readings having proficiency across all modalities - digital X-Ray, GI Fluoroscopy, CT and Ultrasound. MR’s are read by our subspecialty radiologists. The radiologist will be part of an onsite weekend rotation which is approximately every 5th or 6th weekend.
The hospital based radiologists are supported by our remote, robust subspecialty Teleradiology team which is available 24 hours a day. All studies after hours and weekends are final reads read by our own Envision Teleradiologists. No procedures required.
Applicants must have a current ABR/AOBR certification and current Maryland licensure is preferred.
