Medical Director Needed for Healthcare Organization near Seattle, WA

CompHealth is currently assisting a Washington healthcare organization with their search for a medical director. This is a part-time leadership position working two or three days a week. You will practice HIV primary care, meaning that you are responsible for managing common primary care conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, COPD, hyperlipidemia, etc. You will provide supervision to mid-levels, reviews charts, and perform peer reviews as assigned. Work with nursing, care managers, and front office staff to accommodate urgent care/walk-in patients. This is a great opportunity to provide treatment that impacts the lives of the patients you work with. Participates in the training of HIV fellows as well as other clinical trainees. Candidates must have HIV/AIDS practice experience. H-1B visa holders will be considered.

This employed opportunity has an hourly pay with a $2,500 quarterly productivity, and a $25,000 annual retention bonus. You will be offered medical/dental/vision benefits if you work 3 days a week, PTO/sick days/personal days/holidays, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability, relocation assistance, a sign-on bonus, 5 days of CME time and $2,500, a 401k retirement plan, and malpractice insurance.
