Anesthesiologist

This fabulous waterfront community is seeking a part-time anesthesiologist. Huggins Hospital is a beautiful critical access hospital whose clinical facilities were rebuilt in 2010.  The anesthesia department consists of three providers and has been performing approximately 1300 cases/year.  Among these are orthopedics, general, and endoscopy. No hearts, heads, and NO OB. The callback is quite low. Proficiency in spinals is required. Proficiency in basic regional anesthesia is preferred but we are interested in teaching a motivated candidate. Board certification & ACLS are required.

This is a 0.5 FTE position in which call is split between three providers. Work Monday & Tuesday scheduled shifts + call--many weeks you'll have the rest of the week off!  Starting salary is $210-230K + benefits package which includes 7 weeks PTO, CME reimbursement, employer contribution to health insurance, 401K retirement with employer match, and malpractice coverage. Benefits are optional and negotiable.
