• 406-bed, non-profit tertiary care facility with a service coverage area of 550,000 people

• Support staff/equipment:
• Robotics: currently have Mako but we will have a Da Vinci in the next 2 years
• 1 MA per provider

• Option for NP/PA plus Scribe once fully ramped
• Free breakfast, lunch, and dinner for physicians in lounge
• Schedule: 4.5-day work week—8am to 5pm
• Option to set your schedule
• ½ day in clinic and ½ day in OR everyday
• 2 days in the OR each week and 3 days in clinic
• Averaging 20 to 25 patients in the clinic
• Average 10 to 15 cases a week
• EMR: Epic
• Call: 1:3—1 week at a time
• Average 2 calls in a night—Hospitalist admit—come see the patient in the morning
• Average 2 times a month to come into the hospital
• Call paid—$400 a day (400 x7 = $2,800 x 12 = $33,600 annually)

• Contract term: 3 years
• Production: ($202,800 - $267,334) projected wRVU annual bonus–(median to 75%)

• Eligible for a 5% (of base salary) quality incentive
• Vacation:
• Year 1 to 3: 7.4 weeks
• Year 4: 8.4 weeks
• CME: $5,000 CME + $2,000 for licensure, dues, and subscriptions
• Relocation: up to $15,000
