Pulmonary or Pulmonary and Critical care

St. Vincent’s Healthcare (SVH) in Jacksonville, FL, is seeking a BC/BE Pulmonologist or Pulmonary/Critical Care physician to join its growing team. SVH has three hospitals in the Jacksonville area, and is part of Ascension, the nation’s largest Catholic non-profit health care system.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Pulmonology or Pulmonary/Critical Care. Interest in subspecialty work would be desirable but not required. Duties will include Inpatient and outpatient work as well as possible ICU coverage (if desired) at its newest hospital, St. Vincent’s Clay. This is 130+ bed facility that houses a 16 bed ICU. The Pulmonary Group has responsibilities of coverage of the ICU and a busy inpatient/outpatient Pulmonary Service.

Our group has grown in the last 6 years to include 24 physicians and 23 nurse practitioners. In view of a growing need and expanding responsibilities, we are projected to grow the number of physicians to 26 by the end of June 2020.
