Seeking a Pain Clinic Physiatrist to manage our newly formed non-interventional pain clinic at the Leavenworth Veterans Affairs Medical Center (35 minutes from Kansas City). The "Recovery Model of Rehabilitation and Pain Management" is a Foundational Service at the VA, and this new clinic is primed to facilitate functional recovery of persons suffering chronic pain.

You will be responsible for working with patients to evaluate causes of pain and work with a multidisciplinary team to address management. The clinic will also include a pain psychologist, advanced practice NP/PA and clinic RN. Collaborate with an interventional pain physician in the surgery service line. Along with clinical practice in pain management, this position may include musculoskeletal & other PMR practice areas.
