BC/BE Total Joint Surgeon

Cascade Orthopaedics is a 47 year old group 20 minutes from Seattle that is seeking a BC/BE Fellowship trained Total Joint surgeon to help lead a regional joint replacement program/care line. We are developing the joint programs at two hospitals, one of which is brand new. Potential exists for outpatient joint program development. The right candidate has the energy and motivation to participate intensively on the design and implementation of this program. Candidate will be replacing a total joint surgeon who has left the area. Cascade Orthopaedics is an 8 person group currently made up of 6 orthopaedists and 2 physiatrists. All surgeons are fellowship trained in Spine, Hand, Sports, or Foot/Ankle. We are an independent group. We own and operate an ASC, PT/OT, MRI, digital X-ray, and DME, which offer ancillary income. We also have in house C-arm, ultrasound, and a very usable EMR. Candidate would be expected to take general ortho call approximately 1:7 with stipend. Early partnership is possible.

We have an ongoing partnership with a large hospital system which is extremely motivated to develop their total joint program and very supportive of our recruiting effort.
