Ascension Seton is seeking an exceptional physician to join the Women's Health Group in Austin Texas.

Successful candidates should be eligible for a faculty appointment at the University of Texas at Austin, Dell Medical School and board certified / board eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.

The Department of Women’s Health encompasses the full range of subspecialties including:

  • General Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • Maternal Fetal Medicine
  • Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery
  • Gynecologic Oncology
  • Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology
  • Reproductive Endocrinology 

The candidate will be responsible for providing evidence-based, multidisciplinary Obstetrics and Gynecology care and educating the next generation of leaders in obstetrics and gynecology. The group has an active research agenda and candidates will participate in the educational and research mission of the Department.

The position will report to George Macones, MD, MSCE, Chair of the Department of Women’s Health at the Dell Medical School
