Hospitalist Opportunity in Arkansas

A hospital located in Arkansas is seeking a hospitalist to join their team. They need an additional physician to support the growing patient census. You will work a flexible block schedule of 7 on and 7 off or similar to average 15 shifts per month. It will be mostly day blocks, but the hospitalists split night blocks during the year. You will see 15 to 18 patients per day on average. You will do rounding, admissions, discharges, and consults with assistance from the APRNs. There is an open ICU and general hospitalist procedures for rounding, but they have specialists available as needed. Applicants are required to be board certified or board eligible within two years of completing their residency. Final-year residents and H-1B visa holders are welcome to apply.

This partnership-track/hospital-employed opportunity offers a $300k salary, bonus incentives, and a full hospital benefits package.
