Nocturnist Needed in Albany, New York

A large hospital in New York is planning to hire an additional nocturnist. They are offering a block schedule where you will work 7 on and 7 off with some flexibility. The hospital shift will be from 7 pm to 7 am. This facility has an open ICU and hospitalists manage patients however intensivists do the procedures. Hospitalists do run codes. The facility is accepting candidates who are board certified or board eligible within one year of completing their training and they welcome internal medicine physicians. PA students and FP residents do sometimes rotate through the program so there is a possibility of doing some teaching.
