Advocate Medical Group (AMG) is a physician-led medical group providing primary care, specialty services, medical imaging, outpatient services and community-based practices throughout Chicagoland. AMG is part of Advocate Health Care, which is the largest health system in Illinois and has the largest employed physician group in Chicago with over 1,500 physicians providing over 3 million outpatient visits per year.

St. Charles details:

• 7 physicians including a laborist,
• call is 1:6, can take call from home
• in office procedures has access to anesthesia
• 4 day work week including one eve till 7 p.m.
• Ultrasound, Imaging and Lab in building
• deliver at one hospital
• MFM on site
• Epic EMR

Elgin/Algonquin details:

• M-F with one day off during the week; one eve per week
• deliver at one hospital
• 3 physicians
• call is 1:3
• In office ultrasound and lab
• Epic EMR
