Pulmonary Critical Care Medicine Physician

SBH Health System a 400 + bed Acute Care Hospital and Trauma Center in the Bronx, New York and academic health System affiliated with the CUNY School of Medicine and the Albert Einstein College of Medicine seeks full-time BE/BC Critical Care physicians and/or Pulmonary physicians to join our dynamic and growing practice. Candidates will be committed to delivering high quality care to an underserved population, mentoring residents and medical students, leading quality improvement initiatives and conducting research. Academic appointment at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and the new CUNY School of Medicine is commensurate with credentials and experience. Opportunities to practice sleep medicine are available.

The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical and communication skills, strong interest in teaching residents and medical students, and a commitment to high-quality care and population management. Current New York State License to practice as a physician and current DEA are required. The ideal candidate must have the ability to provide on-call coverage. Proficiency in Spanish is desired.
