Be a part of an exciting new GI division of Tulane School of Medicine in Alexandria, Louisiana, an attractive community located in central Louisiana. Rapides Regional Medical Center, a 364-bed, award winning facility, is seeking a general gastroenterologist with subspecialty interest (liver, IBD, motility) to join a growing employed practice. With a large geographic service area of 500,000 plus and no saturation, you can be busy immediately and see a wide range of etiology and complexities. At Rapides Regional Medical Center you will have the opportunity to help create a GI practice suited to your needs, skill sets and also have the quality of life you desire.

This position includes a faculty appointment through Tulane School of Medicine if qualified; with the potential to teach GI fellows in the future. Physician applicants must be ABIM Certified, or Eligible. Very competitive compensation with a schedule of seven days on, seven days off with acute care focus or outpatient practice. Full benefits are included in addition to relocation expenses.
