Exciting OB/GYN Hospitalist Opportunity in Scenic Phoenix
Our Phoenix, Arizona, MFM practice is looking for BC/BE OB/GYNs to work as hospitalists to cover at one of our academic programs. Our OB/GYN hospitalists are part of the Obstetrix team and will be integrated with our maternal-fetal medicine specialists.
- The OB/GYN hospitalist's responsibilities will include evaluation and emergency management of patients on L/D, assisting in the care of the patients of community OBs, accepting, evaluating and delivering maternal transports together with the MFMs, management and care of our antepartum patients in conjunction with the MFM and assisting in surgical procedures
- Since this is a large teaching program, we are also involved in the education of both residents and medical students
- OB/GYN hospitalists would be part of a larger group that covers several hospitals in the Phoenix area
