They currently have 7 Anesthesiologists, 3 CRNAs, 2 Physician Assistants, and 2 Nurse Practitioners. Types of Surgery they are currently doing: OB, Pediatrics, and outpatient surgery. PRACTICE OPPORTUNITY:

• Located in northern New Jersey, several Board Eligible/Board Certified general Anesthesiologists are needed for staff positions at a highly rated and fully-accredited medical center.
  
• This excellent healthcare facility currently has seven Anesthesiologists, three CRNAs, two Physician Assistants, and two Nurse Practitioners.
  
• The Types of Surgery they are currently doing: OB, Pediatrics, and outpatient surgery. They do not do Cardiac and Trauma surgery.
  
• If the candidate(s) have subspecialty training and experience, there is opportunity to utilize her/his skills.
  

• Call will be 1:8. The frequency of call will decrease depending upon the number of anesthesiologists they hire.
  

• These excellent general staff anesthesiology positions are due to growth and expansion.
  

• Medical Center: The new general anesthesiologists will be employed by and work at a fully-accredited and highly rated healthcare facility.
  

• Availability: Residents and fellows completing their training during 2019 and during 2020 as well as anesthesiologists who have prior work experience and are currently in practice will all be strongly considered and are all welcome to apply!
  

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Takes care of patients before, during and after the medical/surgical process.

• Makes certain that the anesthesia is correctly and properly administered.

• Monitors the patient s important vital signs and makes all necessary anesthesia adjustments.

• Handles any and all complications, including pain relief.

• Works closely with Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNA), Physicians Assistants and Nurse Practitioners who are all part of their team.
