Emergency Medicine

Upper Connecticut Valley Hospital is looking for 1 provider to cover the below dates for the ED:

• UCVH is seeking ED coverage for August 9, 11, 13

• Orientation early morning on same day

• Possible other dates available until perm is found

Additional Details:

• Shift(s) Description: 24 hour on site coverage 8a-8a

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

• Board Certified Family Med with ED experience - Required. No IM

• NH license in hand at submission - Required

• BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS, DEA - Required

• Clean background/malpractice for fast credentialing - Required

• Availability at time of name clear - Required

• Local provider - HIGHLY Preferred

COMPENSATION
265 / hour
