Hospitalist Opening in Ohio with a Great Work/Life Balance, and a 7 on / 7 off schedule.

The Opportunity:
•  Join a growing Hospitalist team with an Intensivist and NP support staff
•  A flexible schedule of 7 on / 7 off with an optimal work/life balance and an overnight NP to assist with call coverage
•  Intensivist back-up
•  Solo-provider coverage, manageable daily patient census around 12 patients, 18-beds total
•  Competitive compensation with a base salary of around $300K plus quality production and retention bonuses, relocation paid in full and sign-on/loan repayment options negotiable
•  Full benefits package to include health, dental, vision, CME, PTO, retirement, 401K, life insurance and more
•  Must be BE/BC IM or FM Physicians (with experience) - will also accept new graduates but no longer accepting visa candidates currently
