Outpatient Geriatrician

Geriatric Medicine Associates is seeking Fellowship trained BC/BE geriatricians to join our interdisciplinary team which provides primary care to seniors in our community. We are independent group of 11 Geriatricians and 3 nurse practitioners that have partnered with Centura health for over 29 years in coordinating and managing the health of active as well as complex/frail elderly in Denver/Lakewood and the communities north of Denver.

Geriatric Medicine Associates provides the physician services for the Senior Health First clinics associated with St. Anthony’s and St. Anthony’s North hospitals. We are an innovative outpatient primary care clinic focusing only on Medicare eligible seniors. Our care managers provide critical support to the providers and our patients in our goal to coordinate the healthcare delivery of our population. Our dedicated triage nurses provide a structure for personalized communication between our patients, their families and other parts of the health care system.
