Orthopedic Geriatric Trauma subspecialist / Orthopedic Hospitalist needed to join a large orthopedic private practice group in the Pacific Northwest.

The position has primary day call responsibility during the week and a low call burden nights and weekends, which is shared equally within the group (1 in 12). This position will provide fracture and inpatient orthopedic care of all ages; receive internal referrals from within the group; and will help grow external trauma referrals. Subspecialty support for complex problems from the group is available.

Primary facility supported is a Level 3 trauma center that acts as a regional referral center. Regular operating room time is available.

Compensation is based on clinical productivity combined with institutional support.

Olympia, Washington is located at the southern portion of Puget Sound between Seattle, Washington and Portland, Oregon. There is convenient access to a variety of outdoor activities including hiking, camping, biking, skiing, sailing, fishing, and much more. Qualifications:
• MD/DO degree
• ABOS board eligible or certified
• Eligible for Washington State medical license
• Orthopaedic fellowship or equivalent experience preferred
