Cardiothoracic Surgery

Kadlec Regional Medical Center is seeking a BC CardioThoracic Surgeon for ongoing call coverage starting on October 1, 2019.

Additional Details:

• 7a to 7a, 10/11-14 or 10/18-21, November 15-18 or 22-25 December and January TBD

• Active WA license strongly preferred.

• Call Schedule: 1:3 ; 7am-7am

• Caseload: 100% Adult

• Avg. No. of office/clinic patients per physician per day: 6

• Avg. No. of hospital patients per physician per day: 5-7

• Ancillary Staff: 1RN, 1 MA

• EMR: EPIC

• Time needed to obtain privileges: 2-3 months

Clinical Areas/Procedures:

• Required Cardio/Thoracic: General CV/thoracic surgery-open, Coronary artery bypass surgery-on pump, Valvular (repair, replacement), Aneurysm repair (cardiac, aorto-thoracic), Chest wall or pleural procedures, permanent pacemaker placement, AICD

• Required Vascular: Eval. and Management of acute vol/BP issues, Insertions of Central Line/Arterial Line/PA catheter/IABP

COMPENSATION
1,950 / day
