* Hospital Employed
* Guaranteed base salary $410K + RVU + up to 10% of base salary bonus
*Signing Bonus/Relocation
* 50/50 IP vs OP position.
*Open ICU, involved from a consult service. (30 bed ICU)
*Advanced EBUS procedures, etc...
