TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity for a full-time physician to join our emergency department team at Spring View Hospital in Lebanon, Kentucky. Spring View Hospital is a 75-bed LifePoint Health facility with an ED volume of 16,000 patients annually and a 6% admission rate.

About the Community

Located in central Kentucky southeast of Louisville, Lebanon is the county seat of Marion County. As of the 2010 census, the city had a population of 6,331. Marion County is home to Maker's Mark Distillery, a small batch bourbon whiskey distillery that offers tours and is part of the American Whiskey Trail and the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. The distillery was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on December 31, 1974, and designated a National Historic Landmark on December 16, 1980.

The Loretto Motherhouse is also located in Marion County, and the working farm is a place of extraordinary natural beauty with historical buildings as well as the residence of active and retired members of the Sisters of Loretto, the first native American order of Roman Catholic nuns. Lebanon hosts the annual Heart Of Kentucky Bluegrass Music Kickoff in January. Special guests along with local groups perform old favorites while other bluegrass musicians are invited to bring their favorite song for an opportunity to come on stage and perform.

Lebanon is also renowned for its an annual Ham Days Festival and Tractor Show during the last weekend of September.
