Trinity Health Of New England Medical Group is seeking a Board Certified Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to serve as the Perinatal Services Medical Director of the Family Life Center at Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts.

This is an exciting opportunity to implement your vision and leadership in a flourishing department, while maintaining a successful Obstetrics practice. This role will allow you to split time 50/50 between administrative and clinical responsibilities in a predominantly OB practice at Mercy Medical Center (gynecological practice is optional).

The Medical Director will oversee all aspects of clinical leadership for the Family Life Center, such as CPOE, PDOC, IT implementation and EHR standardization; initiate and oversee quality improvement plans; and develop and enforce policies. Additionally, the successful candidate will serve as the Chair of OB/GYN at Mercy Medical Center, have an active role on the Mercy Medical Executive Committee, and co-lead the Mercy Perinatal Safety Committee.

The successful candidate should be an experienced clinician with proven leadership experience, exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, a passion for quality, attention to detail and to staff, and the vision and drive to lead process improvement and organizational growth initiatives.
