IHA and St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor (SJMAA) are actively recruiting a seventh full time surgeon for the Trauma and Surgical Critical Care section. The successful candidate will be Board Certified or Board Eligible in both General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care. Responsibilities include Trauma, Surgical Critical Care and Emergency General Surgery within a busy, well-established multi-specialty group located in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

In addition to clinical excellence; clinical research and teaching of General Surgery Residents and Surgical Critical Care Fellows is expected. Administrative duties to support the ongoing trauma verification is also required. Opportunities for General Surgery practice exist, if desired.

St. Joseph Mercy Ann Arbor is an ACS verified Level I Trauma Center with approximately 2,000 evaluations and 1,600 admission annually. Accredited residencies include General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery and Emergency Medicine. Surgical Critical Care and Vascular Surgery fellowships are supported.
