Sunny Florida Weather - Choice of Call or No-Call

American Anesthesiology of Florida is seeking a well-trained anesthesiologist for its Holy Cross Hospital group in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

• Ideally, we prefer a full call-taking physician who is able to perform basic TEE and be comfortable doing routine cardiac cases (fellowship not required)
• We will also consider a day doc, who will not have any call and will not perform cardiac cases
• The group provides anesthesia services at both Holy Cross Hospital and Ambulatory Center and Holy Cross Healthplex
• In addition, we do orthopedic, general, urologic, spine and low-risk OB (1,000 deliveries annually)
• There are no pediatric, trauma or transplant responsibilities
• Call is evenly distributed and in-house responsibility is relatively rare
• Holy Cross employs a team model where physicians supervise CRNAs and AAs about 50% of the time
