Practice
• Draw area of 550,000—200+ physicians referring to our group
• 100% Nephrology
• Schedule:
• Week 1: Clinic—8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• See 14 to 20 patients per day
• Week 2: Dialysis
• Monday: 7:00 am to 3:00 pm—30 patients that day
• Tuesday: 7:00 am to 11:00 am—7 to 10 patients that day
• Wednesday: 7:00 am to 2:30 pm—7 to 10 patients that day
• Thursday: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm—2 rounds of patients
• Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm–3 rounds of patients
• Week 3: Rounds and Consults—7:30 am to 2-3:00 pm
• NP at hospital to take all of the consults
• Consults: 5 to 6 new consults a day
• Rounding: 15 to 25 patients
• 5 hours to do all your rounds and notes
• Week 4: Rounds and Consults—8:00 am to 2:00pm
• NP at hospital to take all of the consults
• Consults: 8 new consults a day
• Rounding: 10 to 21 patients a day
• 4 hours to do all your rounds and notes
• All facilities have Fresenius equipment
• Call: 1:4
Financials
• Compensation range: $298,000 to $319,000
• Production: offered
• Sign-on bonus/retention bonus: offered
• Relocation: $10,000
• Vacation: year 1: 4.6 weeks—year 2: 5.6 weeks
• CME: $3,000
