Gastroenterologist

Steward Health Care is seeking a board certified/board eligible general gastroenterologist to join the Division of Gastroenterology at St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center in Boston, MA.  The position provides the opportunity to practice general outpatient (onsite and offsite clinics) and inpatient gastroenterology; procedures are performed on site at the well-equipped GI unit.  Call will be shared with 6 other faculty members. St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center features a state-of-the-art GI Unit with diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic procedures that include ERCP, EUS, endoluminal stenting, Barrett’s endotherapy and other advanced endoscopy procedures, a brand new intensive care unit, excellent sub-specialty support and a busy bariatric surgery program, and an opportunity to teach and supervise medical students, medical residents and gastroenterology fellows. This position features a Faculty appointment at Tufts University School of Medicine commensurate with background and experience.
