The Opportunity

Ob Hospitalist Group has partnered with this facility to develop and manage a program that provides 24/7 emergent care to expectant mothers.

As an OBHG hospitalist, you are the in-house expert whose advanced clinical skill and ability to handle any OB emergency dramatically improves patient safety and satisfaction.

You will work closely with local OB/GYNs to ensure that every pregnant woman who presents to the hospital is cared for by an experienced physician, every time.

Hospital Information

The 691-bed hospital is an acute care and surgical facility that has served the Albany community since 1911. A State of Georgia Designated Perinatal Center, the hospital delivers more than 3,000 babies annually. It is home to a level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), a maternal-fetal medicine program, 10 birthing suites, two cesarean birthing suites, a mother/baby unit, two antepartum suites and educational classes for new parents.

Albany is located in Dougherty County, Georgia, along the Flint River, and is home to more than 77,000 residents.
