Natividad is seeking a recently trained Neurosurgeon to join the only Level II Trauma Center in Monterey County. Applicants must be board certified/board eligible in neurosurgery and preferably fellowship-trained. The ideal candidate will be a fellowship-trained Neurosurgeon within 5 years out of residency or fellowship, and have an interest in working for a teaching hospital affiliated with the University of California-San Francisco (UCSF) School of Medicine. Candidates must also have an interest in developing and growing the neurosurgical service. The trauma program currently consists of 7 fellowship-trained Trauma/Surgical Critical Care Surgeons. The Neurosurgeon will work collaboratively with the Trauma Medical Director to grow the program and ensure quality, evidence-based neurosurgical care of the trauma patient.
