FCPP is seeking a BC Urologist for ongoing coverage starting on July 15, 2019.

• Specialty Needed - Urology

• Will you accept Multiple providers - yes

• Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital - 8:00 am-5:00pm

• Schedule Days Clinic /Hospital - 3.5 in office/1.5 in Surgery

• Number of patients seen per day in clinic - 25-30

• Call Night /Weekend - 5-7 days a month of 24 hour call including weekends

• What is the Number of phone Consults - between 5-10 per day of call

• What are the days for Call - we do not have fixed days

• What Time does the Call start - 7:00am

• What Time does Call end - 7:00am

• What support staff is available - LVNs and CMAs

• Age of patients - 16 and up

• Inpatient /Outpatient - both

• Board Certified or Board Eligible - Board Cert preferred but can be Eligibile

• Is Fellowship required - No

• Reason For Need - short staffed providers

• Schedule you need filled - 6-12 months

• Rounding - yes as needed

• Average Number of Admissions per shift - None, Er Hospitalists Admit patients
