We are looking for a full-time physician to replace a retiring physician at Seton Specialty Hospital on Indianapolis’ NW side.  Seton is a long term, acute care facility, specializing in respiratory failure, sepsis, trauma, CVA and other long term critical care issues. Our ideal candidate would be BC/BE, experienced in pulmonary and critical care and interested in a unique position managing a complex group of patients with the assistance of well trained and highly qualified team of 6 APPs.  In addition, this physician should be able to practice in an autonomous/independent setting and collaborate and round with APPs.    We would be open to critical care, pulmonary or internal medicine candidates. Our schedule would be 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off with 24 hours of call responsibility.  Our night shift has been traditionally maintained by skilled APPs that require minimal involvement by physicians overnight.
