Occupational Health Physician
Must possess a Basic Life Support card from the American Heart Association
Must obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
Must possess and maintain a current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration number (certificate) to prescribe controlled substances
Must be certified by the American Board of Occupational and Environmental Medicine (ACOEM) or American Board of Preventive Medicine (ABPM) and maintain certification in Occupational Medicine.
Must possess current, valid, unrestricted license in one of the fifty states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands
Must be able to obtain Toxic Chemical Training Course certificate and fully perform the duties of Competent Medical Authority for Bluegrass Army Depot Occupational Health Clinic.
Must be a graduate with Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.)
Must have successful completion of an internship and residency program (corresponding to the specialty required) which has been approved by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education or the Committee on Postdoctoral Training of the American Osteopathic Association.
Must possess current experience in Occupational Health, with a minimum of two (2) years of experience within the past three (3) years.
