Practice Details

  • Established practice with 4 physicians and 4 APP’s with several clinic locations throughout our service area

  • Practice Location – Clearfield, PA

  • Mix of outpatient pulmonary medicine/procedures, inpatient consults

  • Call 1:4

  • Family Medicine Residency Program

  • Established primary care referral base

  • Emergency department with 17,000 annual visits
