Independent care provider who is highly skilled in the management of complex medical conditions, co-morbid mental illnesses, pain management issues and a variety of psychosocial conditions with active collaboration with the multi-disciplinary teams. Facilitates academic activities to supervise/teach (didactics) geriatric fellows, medical residents, Nurse Practitioners and trainees in other health-related disciplines. One who can be responsible for management and oversight of long term care Veterans and directs clinical care for older patients with multiple complex health problems in long-term care settings.

Work Schedule: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday
