The Northport, NY Veterans Affairs Medical Center is recruiting an Academic Pulmonary/Critical Care/Sleep physician.

The Pulmonary/Critical Care/Sleep Section is a pillar of the institution and boasts a strong clinical and teaching reputation in the region. Position involves inpatient and outpatient Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care Medicine and Sleep Medicine. Duties include: attending responsibilities for the Medical ICU team; Critical Care consultation in Surgical ICU & inpatient consultations for Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine. You will have educational responsibilities for fellows, residents & med students. Must be board certified in Internal Medicine, with subspecialty certification in Pulmonary Disease & Critical Care Medicine. Sleep medicine boards are desirable. You must qualify for an academic appointment at Stony Brook University.
