NorthShore University HealthSystem (NorthShore), the principal academic affiliate of the University of the Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, seeks an exceptional Nephrologist to join a busy and growing program.  

The successful candidate will be board certified or eligible in Nephrology and enjoy the full spectrum of a community-based Nephrology practice including dialysis. This position will be primarily located in Highland Park, Illinois.

The Division of Nephrology at NorthShore is comprised of 9 faculty members, several who have a subspecialty focus. The position will include teaching of medical students, residents, and fellows and an opportunity to participate in clinical research if desired.  NorthShore’s Research Institute and collaboration with the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine, provide an excellent infrastructure to allow the candidate to manage both aspects of this role. The Division has a large active ongoing clinical research program with NIH funding that been running for 20 years.
