ASSISTANT PROFESSOR - DIAGNOSTIC RADIOLOGY

University of Pittsburgh Physicians located at U. S. Steel Tower, 57th Floor, 600 Grant Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, seeks an Assistant Professor - Diagnostic Radiology to utilize plain X-ray radiology, computerized tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), ultrasound, and nuclear medicine imaging techniques to procure images, interpret these diagnostic images and use interventional procedures to diagnose and make treatment decisions regarding various health issues; responsible for the imaging, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases of the abdomen and pelvis; responsible for handling other non-abdominal conditions, including pharyngeal and esophageal disease, and thyroid, scrotal, vascular and extremity abnormalities using ultrasound at 2775 Mosside Blvd., Monroeville, PA 15146, 300 Halket St., Pittsburgh, PA 15213, 1400 Locust St., Pittsburgh, PA 15219, 9100 Babcock Blvd., Pittsburgh PA 15237, 200 Lothrop St., Pittsburgh PA 15213 and 5230 Centre Ave., Pittsburgh PA 15232. .

Applicant must have medical degree or foreign equivalent, must have completed postgraduate training in Radiology, must have completed an Abdominal Imaging fellowship, must be Board Certified or eligible for certification in Diagnostic Radiology, and must have a valid Pennsylvania medical license. Position requires travel between worksites within a 15 mile radius.
