Imperial Valley Family Care Medical Group (IVFCMG) is looking for a Gastroenterology Physician to join our group. We are a large multispecialty, physician group that has been operating in the Imperial Valley, California Region since 1995. We are offering the following benefits for qualified candidates:

• $400,000 base plus p/r tax and benefits
• 40% incentive bonus potential
• Sign-on bonus $20,000
• Relocation package up to $10,000
• 4 weeks of paid vacation
• 12 paid sick days
• 7.5 holiday days
• 1 week of paid CME, $2,500 upper limit CME allowance
• A physician may also have the option to buy into an existing, profitable endoscopy center after a year of employment in good standing.
