Job Summary

CarePartners seeks a full time HPM Fellowship Trained Hospice Physician to work primarily in a community based setting with occasional hospital work. CarePartners Hospice offers care to patients of all ages in whatever place they call home. The schedule will be four 10 hour days per week.
