Envision Physician Services is seeking Emergency ­Department Physicians for opportunities in Brewton, Alabama!

Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician specialties considered.­

• Current on ACLS and PALS certifications
• Possess a current, unrestricted Alabama medical license, DEA, and Alabama ­Controlled Substances­ registration.

Facility Information

The Emergency Services Department ­of D.W. McMillan Memorial Hospital has ­a highly skilled tenured nursing staff and unit secretaries that work to meet the needs of any individual in an emergency situation. The hospital's facilities include a brand new 7,500 sq ft 24 hr Emergency Department,­ that ­includes ­five exam rooms,­ two integrated operating room suites, a two-bed trauma room, a cardiac trauma room and a decontamination room. The ongoing hospital expansion will also include a centralize registration and new waiting areas for most all outpatient and emergency services.­­

D. W. McMillan also supports a ­eight bed intensive care unit; ­general medical, surgical and pediatric services; and a woman & infants (OB) unit.­ The Emergency Services Department at D.W. McMillan is committed to providing quality individualized health care services to all ages while treating everyone with respect and compassion. The guiding principle of D.W.
