Practice Highlights

• One BC/BE neurosurgeon is needed to join our multidisciplinary Brain & Spine program
• Call will be 1 in 3 for Crani and 1 in 5 for Spine, paid for as a level II trauma center
• Guaranteed salary transitioning to productivity-based compensation or tier model
• Seven midlevel providers who cover call 24 hours per day. Surgeon is always second call.
• Neuro critical care support and PCC/Trauma support
• Block time available
• Efficient clinic with scribes
• O-Arm X 2, Stealth Brain lab, intra-op MRI for tumor, Biplane angiography
