Outstanding opportunity to join our Pediatric Emergency Medicine Practice!

Wide mix of patient acuity!

The Pediatric Emergency Department at Sunrise Children's Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada is seeking a Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship trained physician.

• Our Peds ER at Sunrise has volumes that have seen tremendous growth. Last year we saw well over 50,000 patients.
• Currently, we have a core group that consists of 8 PEM docs, 6 Pediatricians and 5 NP/PAs.
• We have a separate Fast Track consisting of 5-8 beds adjacent to the Peds ER, and recently developed a 3-5 bed VTA in the main Peds ER.
• We are a Level-II trauma center and we currently have ER, FP and Ped residents (so you can do some teaching if you have an interest but zero teaching obligation).

We are a cohesive group, and have developed a bi monthly Peds ED meeting, numerous practice guidelines and order sets. We have FULL SCRIBE COVERAGE, a healthy group of pediatric subspecialists that are available for consultation, Child Life in the ER, a dedicated pediatric social worker and a new 14 bed pediatric cardiac ICU will be opening up and complementing the PICU within a few months.
