Infectious Disease Physician with Asante Physician Partners at 2825 E. Barnett Rd, Medford, Oregon 97504, 691 Murphy Rd, Medford, Oregon 97504, and 280 Maple St, Ashland, Oregon 97520. Requirements are medical degree or foreign equivalent. Completion of Internal Medicine Residency and also Infectious Diseases Fellowship. Eligible to obtain or has obtained an Oregon medical license. Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine and in Infectious Disease. Duties are to diagnose, treat, and help prevent infectious diseases. Prescribe medication and drugs, and order treatments and tests. Requires limited travel between the three worksites, as needed.
