Start a new employed practice based in the 300 bed hospital. The hospital is currently expanding it's service and facilities to include increased number of birthing rooms, OB ER beds, Mother-Baby rooms, OR's, continuum care nursery, well baby nursery, and working towards a goal of a 7 bed Level III NICU by 2020.
