BC/BE Fellowship trained Colon and Rectal Surgeon

Northwell Health is seeking a BC/BE Fellowship trained Colon and Rectal Surgeon to join us as we expand our services throughout the Eastern Region of Long Island, New York. The successful candidate will possess excellent clinical skills, endoscopic skills and an interest in surgical education. This opportunity is ideal for a candidate who is interested in being part of a growing practice in Suffolk County which will involve inpatient work as well as outpatient work in the region.

This opportunity will be based at Peconic Bay Medical Center in Riverhead- joining the successful practice of Dr. Brett Ruffo, MD, FACS, FASCRS. Located within Peconic Bay Medical Center, the world-class Kanas Center for Advanced Surgery has been ranked among the top 10 percent of general surgery facilities in the nation. The surgery center includes the da Vinci Surgical Robotics Program, allowing our surgeons to use state-of-the-art robotics technology to improve patient safety and outcomes.
