Mercy Health Physician Partners has a full time opportunity for a Board Certified or Board Eligible (must be Board Certified within five years of completion of Residency) Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician with training or a strong interest in Geriatric Medicine and home care to join an exceptional team located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
The schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the occasional weekend call. The provider will typically make four home visits daily.
The selected physician will join team that is dedicated to a mission of excellence in patient satisfaction and best clinical outcomes.
